1. which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments from American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Play, Union Pay.

2. how long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 7-14 working days. In the case of special promotions or public holidays, there may be delays. 

3. do you also ship abroad?

We currently only deliver within Germany. Other countries on request.

4. how high are the shipping costs?

Orders are free of shipping costs.

5. can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, changes or cancellations can be made. Please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service.

6. is there a return option?

Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please note our general returns policy.

7. what do I do if a product arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

11. are your pet products suitable for all pets?

We offer products especially for dogs, cats and small animals. Please refer to the respective product description to choose the right size or type for your pet.
